I use Swiss meringue buttercream for my cakes as it is so beautifully light and smooth. At the minute I offer the following options flavour wise:
Vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and filled with a choice of the following:
Homemade strawberry compote (made with locally picked strawberries when possible from Claggan fruit farm) *most popular choice*
Homemade lemon curd
Homemade summer berry compote
Biscoff
Rich chocolate sponge paired with chocolate or vanilla buttercream and a choice of the following fillings:
Salted caramel
Mint aero
Bueno
Nutella
